- For biomass pellet production, different customers have different raw materials: some are as soft as pine wood; some others like rubber wood and annatto are hard. A few of customers even have more than 5 kinds of raw materials like wood sawdust, bamboo shavings, rice husk, cotton stalk, etc. For these raw materials, usually we pulverize or screen them first to keep them the similar size. Then mix and stir the materials, add water into them to reach a certain wet-and-dry ratio, so as to reach the ideal pelletizing status.
- If their moisture content is too high, we need to dry them first. Traditional drying technology simply dries the material slowly, which has small productivity, even causes preliminary carbonization to raw material, thus affecting the quality of pellets. Different from that, the HS-zy series dryer developed by our company adopts unique material blowing drying technique to blow the material and fill the drum fully; then the draught fan blow hot air into the drum to increase the contact area of material and dry air, accelerate evaporation of water, thus improving productivity. Now the drying capacity can be as high as 1 ton water per hour.
Over years practicing and researching, our company has developed the newest model patented pellet machine ring die which is processed by heat treatment to guarantee not cracking in using. One ring die can be used to produce 800-1000 tons of pellets. The 420 model biomass pelletizer can produce at least 1 ton per hour wood pellets, while the 508 model can produce more than 1.5 tons per hour.
